Bio: Paula Hodgson joined the Academic Development Team in the Centre for Professional Development, University of Auckland, in September 2004. Paula, who is a graduate of the University of Newcastle (UK) in counselling in education and of the University of Manchester (UK) in human resource development, worked in the Educational Development Centre of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 1997 to 2004. She consults with academics to identify their needs and assists them in the design of action plans for integrating technology into their learning and teaching programmes.
