Ken Graetz received his Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1992. Specializing in Social Psychology, his research interests include team and group dynamics, social cognition, psychometrics, and computer supported collaborative work. A faculty member for 10 years at the University of Dayton, Dr. Graetz taught such courses as Experimental Psychology, Team and Group Dynamics, Interpersonal Processes, and Statistics. He also served as the Director of Collaboration Technology and eLearning in the UD Ryan C. Harris Learning and Teaching Center. Dr. Graetz joined Winona State University in 2002 and now serves as the Director of Teaching, Learning, and Technology Services. He is engaged currently in the development of learning opportunities for faculty and staff, academic technology project management and support, and numerous research and development projects.

Bryan Alexander is Director for Emerging Technologies at NITLE, where he researches and develops programs on the advanced uses of information technology in liberal arts colleges. His specialties include digital writing, weblogs, copyright and intellectual property, information literacy, wireless culture and teaching, project management, information design, and interdisciplinary collaboration. He maintains and contributes to a series of weblogs, including NITLE Tech News and Smartmobs, when not creating digital learning objects. A PhD graduate of the University of Michigan, he has also taught English and information technology studies at Centenary College.

Jonathan. Finkelstein is the founder and Executive Producer of LearningTimes.org and the President of the LearningTimes Network. He has been designing and producing online conferences, communities, events and collaborative technologies for education for over ten years. He works closely with a wide range of educational institutions to grow and maintain online learning communities and to foster human interaction live online. Many of his online programs have been recognized with industry awards. Mr. Finkelstein's forthcoming book, Learning in Real Time (Jossey-Bass, 2006), translates his many years of experience facilitating live online learning into a resource guide for educators. Mr. Finkelstein is a Certified Synchronous Training Professional (CSTP), and received his AB degree with honors from Harvard University.

Kelly Dempsey-Little received her B.A. in English and Elementary Education from Norwich University, Northfield, VT in 1988 and her M.A. in Computing and Education from Columbia University's Teacher's College in 2002. Since 2002, she has been the Coordinator of Training and Documentation in the IT Department at Skidmore College, Saratoga Springs, New York.
Kelly coordinates college wide technology training for students, faculty and staff, consults with faculty on integrating technology, and develops special projects in multimedia and web technologies.
