Kelly has more than 12 years experience in academic technology management, instructional design, learning management system administration, and faculty professional development. Kelly works collaboratively with university administrators, curriculum specialists, faculty and industry vendors in the evaluation, selection and implementation of innovative and effective instructional methods and technology applications. Kelly holds a Master's degree in Instructional Design in Education.
