Gonca Telli Yamamoto is an associate professor in the School of Applied Sciences at Okan University. She is a head of Information Sciences and Technologies Department at Okan University. She is also coordinating Okan University Distance Education Center at present. She was formerly founder and director of Social Sciences Institute of Okan University, Turkey. She surrently teaches, consults and conducts research on mobile and integrated marketing, customer integrated marketing and new learning technologies in business. She has been studying integrated marketing, technological developments and customer value about 12 years in the academic field. She is also interested in the broader business social, and policy implications associated with emerging information society. She also has some books related in sales, integrated and mobile marketing. She has several articles in the national and international journals.

Ursula Selleck works in the Energy industry and lives in Chicago since 2004. She graduated from Aurora University in May 2008 with the degree of Masters of Business Administration. She was born in Mexico City and she lived in England and France. She is multi lingual, fluent in English, Spanish and French. She has worked in the area of International Business, Marketing and Logistics. She studied her bachellors of International Business at Guanajuato State University and worked in Public Relations 5 years for the former Mexican President Vicente Fox Quezada.
