Princeton Online Poetry Project

The Princeton Online Poetry Project is a collection of poems in various languages, synchronized to digital audio recordings of the texts, read by native speakers. Users of this interactive courseware can enhance their learning experience by accessing "pop-up links with definitional, biographical, and/or philological data.
This project was initiated by the Princeton University Departments of Romance and Slavic Languages and Literature in 1998 and produced by the ATS PLACE (Princeton's New Media Center) under funding by the Consortium for Language Teaching and Learning. An Arabic module was added in 2000.
Please note that because of copyright restrictions, computers outside the "www.princeton.edu domain cannot access the Spanish, French, and Italian modules. Russian and Arabic modules are available to the public.
