The Scholarly Publishing Office of the University of Michigan Library, in partnership with the Institute for the Future of the Book , has published an interactive, publicly-commentable edition of the the Ithaka report, "University Publishing In A Digital Age." The report is presented in CommentPress, an open source theme for the WordPress blog engine that allows paragraph-by-paragraph commenting in the margins of a text, in development by the Institute for the Future of the Book.
